Our approach to privacy

Ripple is designed to keep your information on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your personal data, we do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Information Ripple accesses

Ripple may access the following only on your device and only with your permission, to provide app features:

Information we collect

None. Ripple does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server. We have no user accounts, no login, and no backend.

How your information is used

The information Ripple accesses is used solely to provide the feature you requested (showing your photo or playing your music). It is never used for advertising, profiling, or sold to anyone.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your information, because we do not collect it. Apple's own frameworks (Photos, MediaPlayer) operate under Apple's privacy protections on your device.

Data retention and deletion

Any data Ripple stores (such as your selected break photo and your timer preferences) lives only on your device. You can remove it at any time by deleting the app or revoking permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

Permissions you control

You can grant or revoke Ripple's access to Photos and Media & Apple Music at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security. Ripple's core timer works without granting any of these permissions.

Children's privacy

Ripple does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is not directed at children under 13 and contains no data collection.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at the same URL.
